We are seeking an HR Specialist – Global Talent Acquisition* to help us structure our recruiting rules and serve as an international recruiter for particular recruitment processes to advance our recruitment procedures.
Full-time employment is available only to local candidates at one of the CBM locations in Nairobi, Kenya; Abuja, Nigeria; Kampala, Uganda; Addis Abeba, Ethiopia; Yaoundé, Cameroon; Lomé, Togo; or Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Position: HR Specialist Global Talent Acquisition
These are the credentials you possess:
- You bring with you a wealth of experience in international talent acquisition and recruitment, particularly in multi-country and global south situations.
- You have a degree in business administration, sales, human resources, or a related field.
- You have prior experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- You have a strong digital aptitude; you have used multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- You can quickly pick up new skills after a brief training session.
- You value diversity and inclusion greatly and incorporate it into your hiring procedures. You use your exceptional organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple hiring procedures concurrently with project work. You are accustomed to working productively in a multicultural remote environment and you recognize the value of collaborating with individuals from various backgrounds and cultures.
- You can think creatively and beyond the box; You enjoy establishing innovative ideas; You are a driving force behind change and transformation as well as ongoing improvements. Proficiency in additional languages, such as French and German, would be an added advantage. You identify with Christian values and the mission of CBM.
- Advanced proficiency in English is a requirement.
